The ground floor of the villa spans 115 sq m and offers a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with appliances such as a kitchen, stove top, and refrigerator. We provide all the necessary kitchenware, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave, ensuring you have everything you need for a self-catering experience. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The ground floor also features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a designated dining area, and a welcoming living room furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a charming fireplace. Additionally, the convenient laundry room, equipped with a washing and dryer machine, as well as ironing facilities, is located on the ground floor.
Step outside the kitchen area, and you’ll discover a spacious outdoor terrace adorned with stylish furniture, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the surroundings.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with essential amenities and boasts a private balcony with fabulous views.
Smart TVs with satellite channels are also provided in the master bedroom and the living room, ensuring you have entertainment options during your stay. Cancellation Policy
Booking Villa Dionisia for your holidays is now easier and safer than ever with our convenient online booking system. To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit, which can be conveniently paid through bank transfer and all major credit cards.
We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation. To accommodate such situations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will be eligible for a refund, excluding any applicable (bank) commission fees.
• In the case of no-shows or early departures, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
• In the event of government-mandated shutdowns or changes in travel restrictions, Villa Dionisia will adhere to the regulations and guidance provided by the respective authorities. In such cases, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your stay for a later date.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.
